Applying does not guarantee your panel will be accepted for Anime California 2019.
Our mission is to put forth the best programming for our community and to do so, we have a thorough screening process of all panel submissions.
For us to properly review your submission, please provide us with an accurate and complete application with a recent recording of your complete presentation and/or all supporting media and documentation of your panel content.
The panelist names that are used for publications, promotion, and social media will be cited from your application, so please make sure all of your information is correct and not misspelled.
If your submission is not filled out completely, it may be subject to immediate dismissal. We reserve the rights to dismiss any application without further explanation.
All panelists must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the panel.
Please note that, should your panel be accepted, you will be granted up to four (4) badges on your panel presentation day. Having multiple panel submissions accepted and/or high-quality content panels allow for you to earn (for yourself) the use of badges for other days at the convention. If your panel has more than four (4) panelists, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Acceptance of your panel does not entitle you to complimentary lodging, parking, or food at Anime California 2019.
If you have already claimed your panelist badge and fail to host your scheduled panel, you will be barred from purchasing the next day’s or year’s badge until you pay for the badge used on your panel day. This applies to any co-panelists from the cancelled panel who have claimed their badges, as well.
